Spelthorne Rentstart made a presentation at a meeting of the West Surrey Housing Link Group in January 2000.

As a result, a committee was formed to initiate Rentstart Schemes in the adjoining Boroughs of Elmbridge and Runnymede.

The organisations are now fully operational, offering the same service within their own Boroughs.

Although each scheme is fully autonomous, the respective managers keep in close contact, using the same documentation and adopting the same broad policies, dependent on local conditions.

We operate on the basis that each office will help Landlords and prospective Tenants who live or work in their respective Boroughs.
