By car: From the M25 exit at Junction 13 and follow directions for Staines. From there, the Council Offices and Community Link are clearly signposted.

By rail: Staines British Rail Station is located on the Waterloo-Reading line, and is a few minutes walk from the Council Offices.

By bus: There is a bus stop near the Council Offices and the 117 (Staines to West Middlesex Hospital), 290 (Staines to Twickenham) and 517 (Staines to Halliford) stop there at regular intervals.
