Our staff are able to give advice and support on a wide variety of housing related issues
The ‘bond’ fund
This fund enables us to secure accommodation for our clients
Overheads
Running an office costs money, whether it is the computers, telephone, or paper

Who are we?
Spelthorne Rentstart is a local charity established to assist single people and childless couples to access accommodation in the private rented sector. Since our beginnings in 1997 we have helped well over a thousand people in need.
Based in Staines we have a committed team of permanent and volunteer staff.
Building key relationships with local landlords, estate agents, Spelthorne Council, Citizens Advice Bureau, Housing Associations, Hostels and other charities is essential to our success and ensures the best possible outcome for our clients.
Our core funding is provided by Spelthorne Borough Council.
