Who qualifies

Single people or childless couples aged 18+ and a connection to the Spelthorne area and who are:

  1. •Homeless or potentially homeless, or have a compelling need to move

  2. •Without insufficient resources for a deposit

  3. •On low wages or on benefit

  4. •Capable of taking financial responsibility for a tenancy

  5. •Able to manage & cope with running rented accommodation
